Texoma Specialty Counseling & Wellness is rapidly expanding and we are hiring LPCs. We are seeking fully licensed LPCs in the state of Texas that have experience, or wish to gain experience, working with eating disorders, anxiety, self-harm, depression, and body image in teens and adults.

We considering therapists that love to work with:

  • eating disorders - not required

  • LGBTQIA+ families and individuals

  • Trauma

  • Racial/social justice

  • Substance use

  • Couples

Ideal candidate that has a minimum of 1-2 years working in the eating disorder field and is fully licensed by the state of Texas AND/OR Oklahoma. We will consider LPC associates currently under supervision. Dr. Stephanie Waitt, director is an LPC-S and does remain open for the right fit LPC-Associate.

We are a fun and laid back practice that offers in person and virtual therapy. This is a hybrid position.

There are options for in person counseling at our beautiful counseling and wellness space in Sherman, TX. In person therapists can also work from home as we see a percentage of virtual clients as well.

Virtual therapist

Intake Therapist - this also hybrid or virtual, and is for an experienced LPC with part-time availability to screen, assess, and help assist all new clients with a counselor and services at TSC.

There are 1099 options and full-time salary options and we will be looking at adding benefit or benefit stipend to therapists soon. Therapist can earn 65-100k.
