Welcome! I’m honored to be a part of your journey towards healing and growth. I am currently a first-year doctoral student in Counseling Psychology at Texas Woman's University. I graduated with my Master's in Counseling Psychology in 2023, and obtained my LPC-A license. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges. You deserve space to heal and grow in ways that feel most authentic and connecting for you.

My areas of specialization include working with survivors of trauma, particularly sexual trauma and relational healing, as well as with LGBTQ+ populations, neurodivergent individuals, and those experiencing anxiety, depression, and identity development concerns. I believe that each person’s story is unique, and I am committed to meeting you where you are, tailoring therapeutic approaches to best meet your goals

My Qualifications & Philosophies

In our work together, you’ll find that my theoretical orientation is grounded in multicultural, feminist, person-centered, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) principles. I’m proud to operate from an intersectional and holistic perspective, always centering your experiences and identity in our sessions.

Therapy is a collaborative process, and I’m here to support you with warmth, empathy, and an unwavering respect for your journey. I look forward to working with you to help you reach your fullest potential.
